Purpose and Scope

This Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs payments, subscriptions, and sponsorships made by brands, dealers, and service providers (“Clients”) on www.buildingworld.ai (“Website”).
This Policy applies to all commercial transactions, including subscription plans, brand sponsorships, featured listings, and promotional placements.
The Policy shall be read in conjunction with the Website’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

All payments made for subscriptions, sponsored content, or brand listings are final and processed securely through authorized payment gateways.
Clients are responsible for ensuring accuracy of payment details before transaction completion.
Invoices will be issued automatically upon successful payment confirmation.

Payments are non-refundable after a 24-hour grace period from the time of purchase.
During the 24-hour grace period, Clients may cancel their subscription or sponsorship and request a full refund by writing to billing@buildingworld.com.
After this period, no refunds shall be entertained, including in cases of non-usage, discontinuation, or change of business plans.
Refunds, if approved within the grace period, will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original mode of payment.

Clients may cancel subscriptions or promotional packages within 24 hours of purchase to be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations requested after the 24-hour grace period will not qualify for a refund but will stop future renewals (if applicable).
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for breach of Terms of Use without any refund obligation.

As BuildingWorld operates exclusively as a digital platform offering subscription-based and promotional services, no physical returns are applicable.
All digital and AI-based services are deemed delivered once activated or accessed.

BuildingWorld strives to maintain 99% uptime for all digital services.
Temporary downtime due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen issues shall not qualify for refunds or compensation.
In case of extended service interruptions exceeding 72 hours, the Company may, at its sole discretion, provide a service extension or credit adjustment.

Payments made for AI-powered interior design tools or visualization services are non-refundable after 24 hours from activation.
AI outputs are advisory visualizations intended to assist users; they are not architectural or engineering deliverables.
The Company disclaims liability for results, interpretations, or reliance on AI-generated content.

Refunds beyond the stated grace period may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:

Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
Unauthorized transaction proven to have occurred without client consent.
Such cases must be reported to billing@buildingworld.com within 7 days of payment.

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes arising under this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
