Description

Electroforged Steel Gratings are made using the electroforging process. In this process, the sqaure twisted rods (Cross Members) are fused into the main load bearing members at using a special welding machine at very high current and tonnage. The Cross Members are properly set-in the Load Members such that it projects out of the grating top member by only a little more than 1 mm. This improves the slip resistance during walking. Electroforged Grating Panels are generally manufactured to 6000 mm lengths.

Types Of Electro Forged Gratings:

1. Rectangular Gratings

Rectangular steel grating is a robust construction material composed of steel bars or plates arranged in a rectangular grid pattern. This grid-like structure provides a sturdy and reliable platform, walkway, or flooring solution commonly used in industrial and commercial settings. Its design allows for efficient drainage and excellent traction, making it ideal for applications where safety and durability are crucial, such as catwalks, stair treads, and drainage systems. Additionally, rectangular steel grating is highly customizable, allowing for various specifications to suit specific load-bearing requirements and design preferences, making it a versatile choice for a wide range of construction and industrial projects.

2. Circular Gratings

Circular steel grating is a specialized type of grating made from steel bars or plates arranged in a circular or radial pattern. It is designed to serve unique architectural and functional purposes, providing a distinct and visually appealing flooring or platform solution. The circular arrangement of the steel bars creates a visually distinctive pattern that is often used for aesthetic purposes in architectural and landscaping projects. This type of grating offers the same durability and strength as traditional rectangular steel grating, making it suitable for both pedestrian and industrial applications.
