Our meticulous diligence is reflected in the creation of our premium quality Diligent doors, meticulously crafted from top-notch wood. Our collection of Carving doors offers a blend of style and durability suitable for both interior and exterior use. Each door undergoes a rigorous process to ensure longevity and safety. The wood is seasoned to below 16% moisture content and undergoes chemical treatment to protect against termite attacks. The outer framing of the doors is constructed using 1.5" wood, resulting in a finished thickness of ~32mm for the door shutter. Similarly, the interior panel is crafted from 25mm(African, Engineered teak) or 32mm(AST, GMT) wood, ensuring a sturdy construction that remains resilient even after carving. To cater to diverse preferences, our doors are offered in standard size of 80"x38".
