FG Glass Curveshield

Aesthetically superior to straight glasses, our Curveshield™ panels are manufactured on a state-of-the-art cylindrical bending system that is controlled by a millimetre-precise integrated gear system. Our process ensures an even radius through the width of the glass. The heating process is controlled by our high-powered top-and-bottom convection heating system that can treat even the most advanced coatings available. These curved panels are available in fully tempered, heat-strengthened, and heat-soaked variants. They can also be insulated and laminated, offering phenomenal flexibility in design and form.
