Surface Preparation

New concrete surface must be cured for 28 days before painting.

Wash the surface with a hose to remove loose dust. Scrub vigorously with wire brush to remove algae, fungus and mass growth, especially on surface prone to water stagnation.

Primer

Stir well before use, apply a self-priming coat of Floor Coat emulsion, by diluting the floor Coat Emulsion with 25-30% water. Allow it to dry for 4-6 hours..

Top Coat

Apply 2-3 coats of floor coats by diluting it with potable water (Maximum 10% by weight) with the gap of 4-6 hrs between two coats. Application can be done by brush or roller.

Application Surfaces

Cement and concrete based floor and Cement tiles affixed to driveways, walkways and Paver blocks.

Post Painting Care

Allow at least 48 hours of curing before foot traffic begins and regular traffic can begin only after 72 hours of curing. For the best performance, ensure proper washing and cleaning of the painted surface at regular intervals. Do not wash the surface with wire brush.
