Providing & Fixing of Green Pro Certified GI - Lay-in Tile Plain False Ceiling on 24mm ‘T’ Framework of module 600mm x 600mm. Panels shall be manufactured by Hunter Douglas of size 584 mm x 584 mm made out of 0.5mm thick from a good corrosion resistance Luxalon GI coated coil. The Tile is to be manufactured on advanced CAD/CAM equipment that includes several levelling stages in the manufacturing process achieved through the ARKU SIX Hi configuration roller levelling process to ensure flatness. The tile end shall be raised upward by 8mm and bend outward to lay the tile in the framework to ensure a minimum deflection across the length of the Tile. The Tile shall be manufactured by a Green Pro Certified Eco-friendly Manufacturing facility.
